Welcome to Learn With Kanmanii. We strive to provide high-quality courses, workshops, and digital products to ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains our terms regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

Workshop or Live Session Cancellations by Customers

48 Hours Before Start Time:
If you need to cancel your enrollment, please submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. A full refund may be issued, minus any applicable payment processing fees.

Less than 48 Hours Before Start Time:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund. However, you may transfer your seat to another person by notifying us in advance.

Cancellation by Learn With Kanmanii

In the unlikely event that we cancel a workshop, session, or service due to unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will receive either:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer enrollment to a future session or program

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only provided if the cancellation request meets the conditions stated in this policy. No refunds will be issued for:

  • Failure to attend a live session (“no-show”)

  • Partial attendance

  • Late cancellation requests

Digital Products and Online Courses

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of digital content — including recorded sessions, downloadable materials, PDFs, templates, or bonus resources — are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

3. Special Cases

If you experience technical issues, accidental purchases, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us within 24 hours of the issue. We will review each case individually and try to provide a reasonable solution where possible.
